Xiaomi has announced a new soundbar, the Xiaomi Soundbar 3.1ch. The soundbar offers Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual:X sound, has a wireless subwoofer and can deliver up to 430 W of output power, among other features.

Xiaomi has unveiled another soundbar, although it appears that this one will be orderable globally. So far, the company has published three teasers on its global Twitter channel, but they reveal several aspects about the soundbar.

Specifically, the soundbar will arrive as the Xiaomi Sound 3.1ch. As its name suggests, the Soundbar 3.1ch is a 3-channel soundbar that simulates the effect of having centre and stereo speakers. According to the teasers, the Soundbar 3.1ch utilises a wireless soundbar, allowing you to position the subwoofer without worrying about cables.

Xiaomi states that the Soundbar 3.1ch offers up to 430 W of peak output power, but specifics remain unknown at this stage. Additionally, the company has confirmed that the soundbar supports 3.1-channel Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual:X, along with NFC for quickly pairing a smartphone.

The Soundbar 3.1ch also supports Bluetooth and multiple inputs. Unfortunately, Xiaomi has not confirmed how much the Soundbar 3.1ch costs, nor when it plans to release it.
