DJI Matrice 350 RTK: Details of M300 RTK drone successor leak before launch
Earlier this week, DJI confirmed its intentions to release a new drone, billed as a flagship upgrade for its Enterprise series. While the company did not mention the drone in question, leakers assumed that it would be a successor to the Matrice 300 RTK. Subsequently, the likes of @OsitaLV and @Quadro_News have shared numerous details about the Matrice 350 RTK on Twitter.
As the images below show, DJI has been preparing the ground for releasing the Matrice 350 RTK, or M350 RTK for short. Seemingly, DJI has equipped the M350 RTK with a 5,880 mAh built-in battery, up from the 5,000 mAh capacity in the M300 RTK. Also, a DJI Enterprise Authorised Dealer has already listed the drone for AUD$17,325 (~US$11,540), as well as its external battery for AUD$1,698.99 (~US$1,130.99).
The design of the M350 RTK remains unknown for now, as does how it will differ from the current M300 RTK. DJI will host its 'Fully Powered to Forge Ahead' launch event tomorrow. As such, it seems unlikely that any hands-on images will leak ahead of schedule. Evidently, DJI has already shipped some retail units though, given the image above shared by @OsitaLV.
