Samsung "leaks" the Galaxy Note20 Ultra in Mystic Bronze; periscope camera, a curved display and a redesigned S Pen are all headed to the August-bound flagship
Samsung has "leaked" the Galaxy Note20 Ultra, courtesy of Max Weinbach. Published on a Russian listing for the Galaxy Note 8, the device has been presented in what Weinbach calls Mystic Bronze. The images match previous leaks of the device, with Samsung seemingly combining the design of the Note 10 series with the camera array of the Galaxy S20 series.
Unsurprisingly, the S Pen will return for the Note 20 series. Based on the two renders, Samsung has redesigned the S Pen. The ridge from the current S Pen has gone, while the end of the pen seems slightly thicker too.
Additionally, it looks like the Note20 Ultra will sport a periscope camera. We write this as the bottom camera lens is rectangular. A time of flight sensor (ToF) is on board too. Separately, the images tease that the Note20 Ultra will also have a curved display. The well-known @UniverseIce has also leaked two screen protectors for the Note20 Ultra, which reflect this subtle curve shown in the pictures published by Weinbach.
Samsung is expected to unveil the Note20 series on August 5 at a Galaxy UNPACKED event. Interestingly, the timing of the "leak" was predicted by the likes of @MauriQHD, who claimed last week that images of the Note 20 series would "leak around the end of this month".
