It is no secret that Apple has a new generation of iPad Pro tablets waiting in the wings. Publicly, the company continues to advertise its Apple M4-based 11-inch and 13-inch tablets (curr. $1,199 on Amazon) as the 'all-new iPad Pro'. However, a recent leak revealed that Apple has been manufacturing Apple M5-based models since August.
Now, what appears to be all the permutations of this upcoming generation have emerged on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the US. As one image embedded below makes clear, Apple has created devices bearing the model numbers A3357, A3358, A3359, A3360, A3361 and A3362. Of these, yesterday's leak confirmed that A3360 is the standard Wi-Fi only version of the next iPad Pro 13.
By extension, A3361 and A3362 relate to cellular variants of the same tablet. Therefore, A3357 is likely the model number for the Wi-Fi only edition of the iPad Pro 11, with A3358 and A3359 being its cellular-capable counterparts. Currently, Apple is expected to deliver its Apple M5-based iPad Pros later this month. That launch window may not apply to the company's next MacBook Pros that have emerged on the FCC too, though.
