Only a week has passed since Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition, but the company is readying itself to release another version of it. To recap, the Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display and a Dimensity 1200 SoC, along with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 480 Hz touch sampling rate. The device also has a 5,065 mAh battery that it can recharge at up to 67 W. You can read more about the Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition here.
According to Mukul Sharma, the Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition has turned up on the Google Play Console, suggesting that Xiaomi intends to release it globally. Xiaomi does not include Google Mobile Services (GMS) on devices that it sells in China. Hence, there would be no need for the Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition to appear on the Google Play Console unless it was going to be sold elsewhere.
However, @kacskrz has discovered that Xiaomi is planning to release the Redmi K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition as the POCO F3 GT in other markets. Apparently, this device has the model number M2104K10I, with the 'I' confirming that it is an Indian device. If Xiaomi plans to release the POCO F3 GT globally, we would expect to see the M2104K10G, but this has not appeared yet. The POCO F3 GT's release date remains unknown at this stage.
