While Xiaomi has just released the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, the company has something even more potent up its sleeve. Confirmed to be arriving before the end of the month and after Huawei releases the P40 series, it would seem that a POCO F2 or POCO X2 Pro is on the cards, too.

Rumoured last month, Lu Weibing has now confirmed that the Redmi K30 Pro will be with us before the end of the month. Brought to our attention by Playfuldroid via GSMArena, Weibing has informed his followers on Weibo that the Redmi K30 Pro would be launching between the releases of the P40 and Honor 30 series.

While Huawei has already confirmed that it will be launching the P40 series on March 26, Honor is yet to do so for the 30 series. Hence, this could have left the door open for Xiaomi to launch the Redmi K30 Pro in April, too. However, Weibing has since confirmed that the device will arrive before the end of March, presumably between March 27 and March 31. March 27 or the last two days of the month would be our guesses, seeing as March 28 and March 29 fall on a weekend.

Xiaomi may launch two versions of the Redmi K30 Pro, if previous leaks are to be believed. Following the release of the POCO X2, a re-branded Redmi K30, we would not surprised to see POCO release its edition of the Redmi K30 Pro, too. Possibly called the POCO X2 Pro or the POCO F2, the device would likely remain exclusive to India.
