Garmin updated one of its high-end smartwatches earlier this month with a new version. Now, the company has already discounted its recent release. Older styles can be picked up for even heavier discounts, though.

Earlier this month, Garmin refreshed the Venu X1 with a new version. Ultimately, the release did not change anything hardware-wise. However, it did expand the smartwatch's colour options beyond the Black and Moss options in which it was sold since launching last July.

As we noted at the time, the Soft Gold with Titanium Caseback release matched the MSRP of Garmin's original Venu X1 variants. Both Black and Moss variants were available for $599.99 shortly before Garmin's refresh, though. Now, the Soft Gold with Titanium Caseback variant has joined its Black and Moss siblings in a discount that drops it to $599.99.

A 14% saving, the $100 discount is available to pick up from Garmin directly and from retailers like Amazon. With that being said, Amazon has discounted the Venu X1's Black and Moss variants further. At the time of publication, these finishes can be purchased from Amazon for $499.99, which is the lowest price on Amazon to date. Amazon has not clarified when either of these deals ends, though. Please see our Venu X1 launch articles for more details about Garmin's ultra-slim smartwatch.
