The Alienware AW3425DW appears on track to receive a global release later this season. To recap, Dell revealed the monitor at the start of the month during MWC 2025 in Barcelona. Initially, the company decided against confirming availability beyond North America.
Without warning, Dell has released the Alienware AW3425DW in China. As ITHome reports, the monitor retails for CNY 6,499, which is equivalent to ~$895 at current exchange rates. For reference, Dell has included a 1440p and 1800R curved 34-inch QD-OLED panel with a 240 Hz refresh rate. In other words, the Alienware AW3425DW should deliver a 37% faster image than the AW3423DW it replaces (curr. $636.99 on Amazon).
The Alienware AW3425DW is also said to deliver up to 1,000 nits peak brightness (3% APL) thanks to its Gen 2 QD-OLED panel. AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and Nvidia G-Sync support is onboard, as are DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1 and three USB ports of Type-A, Type-B and Type-C (15 W) persuasions. As it stands, it seems that nothing should hold Dell back from bringing the monitor to the US on April 29. Incidentally, the Alienware AW3425DW will reach the US for $799.99, which is equivalent to CNY 5,799 at current exchange rates. Please see our original launch article for more technical details.
