Alienware customers can earn bonus points by buying the brand’s products or participating in certain promotions, which can then be redeemed on the so-called Arena Marketplace. While this marketplace mainly featured some merchandise such as socks, hats or Alienware logo keychains, Alienware has now listed an interesting Lego computer.
More specifically, Alienware has recreated the Area-51 Gaming Tower (from $3,069 at Dell) with 318 authentic Lego bricks. The manufacturer plans to offer Lego versions of other Alienware products in the future, but no further details have been provided thus far. Either way, the Area-51 Brick Kit is around 5.1 inches long and tall, as well as 2.2 inches wide. Apparently, Alienware developed multiple custom Lego bricks specifically for this kit.
The American PC maker meticulously recreated the Area-51 case, from the front Alienware logo and air vents to the transparent side panel, which can be removed in order to get a better look at the internals. Inside, there are a total of six blue fans, three of which are part of the processor's all-in-one liquid cooler. The graphics card, motherboard, and power supply are also visible. However, there are no labels that would help with identifying the specific components.
Price and availability
The Area-51 Brick Kit is exclusively available on the aforementioned Alienware Arena Marketplace. The Lego computer costs 9,999 ARP (Alienware Reward Points), which customers can earn by purchasing Alienware products directly at the manufacturer's online store.
