Digital Chat Station has shared new details about the Vivo X300 before its presumed release this autumn. Likely to be joined by the X300 Pro in a joint launch, Digital Chat Station expects the X300 to differ from last year's X200 in a crucial area.
Namely, the forthcoming device is said to adopt a 6.3-inch display rather than the 6.67-inch equivalent found in the X200. As a result, the X300 should be a fair bit smaller to create what Digital Chat Station describes as a 'small screen flagship' as a possible new rival for the Galaxy S25 (curr. $644.99 on Amazon).
In that sense, the X300 sounds more like an X200 FE successor than a direct replacement for the X200. Regardless, the X300 is expected to retain a Sony IMX882 as a 50 MP and 3x telephoto camera, which can be found across other Vivo devices like the recent X Fold5, too.
However, Digital Chat Station suggests the X300 will showcase a new periscope prism module to improve image quality. Moreover, the X300 is also said to support wireless charging in an improvement on its predecessor. The device is anticipated to offer full waterproofing too, although this is already the case with the X200.
