UK based company Truly Exquisite has jumped on the PS5 bandwagon with claims that it plans to release 24K Gold, Platinum and 18K Rose Gold of Sony's next generation-console. Up to 100 versions of the console will be available, although the company is yet to reveal how much it will charge for the experience of owning a 24K or 18K PS5.

There is only a few months to go until Sony releases the PS5, its highly anticipated next-generation console. The company is yet to reveal the price of the console, but it has unveiled its design and that it will arrive in two editions. Several accessories were showcased during last month's announcement too, including the Dual Sense controller and Pulse 3D Wireless Headset.

Now, a company called Truly Exquisite claims that it plans to release versions of the PS5 that have been plated in precious metals. Specifically, the company states that it will release 24K Gold, Platinum and 18K Rose Gold versions of the console. These will all be limited runs and Truly Exquisite may only release 100 units of the 24K Gold version.

Truly Exquisite aims to start shipping orders before the end of the year, although it is yet to state how much it will charge for the consoles. The company sells several other "luxury" devices on its website too, including recent iPhone and Samsung smartphones. These run to well over £2,500 each, although the company's most-recent accounts reveal that it has not sold many, if any, plated devices.
