Key device details for new mid-range Huawei smartphone leak before launch
Leaker WHYLAB has shared several marketing renders of the Nova 11 SE, likely Huawei's next mid-range smartphone. Seemingly, the Nova 11 SE will be available in China first, although Huawei tends to offer Nova smartphones outside its home market in some capacity. As the images below show, Huawei will sell the Nova 11 SE in black, green and white finishes, all with pronounced camera housings.
Additionally, the device is said to house a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 1080p resolution, a 90 Hz refresh rate and a 91.85% screen-to-body ratio. Moreover, the display should fully cover the DCI-P3 colour space and will protect a 32 MP front-facing camera. Better still, Huawei is rumoured to have equipped the Nova 11 SE with a 108 MP primary camera, plus 8 MP ultra-wide-angle and 2 MP macro cameras.
A Snapdragon 680 4G chipset underlines the device's mid-range credentials though, as does 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. Thus, the Nova 11 SE may launch with the same chipset as its predecessor. Separately, the former will feature a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 66 W wired charging. As always, Huawei will pre-install HarmonyOS rather than EMUI, which is now on its fourth iteration.
