Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro to undercut Galaxy Watch6 and Pixel Watch 2 as European prices revealed for Bluetooth and LTE variants
New details about Xiaomi's alleged return to Wear OS have surfaced online, again through the Twitter account @MysteryLupin. To recap, MySmartPrice originally outlined that Xiaomi would release its next smartwatch as the Watch 2 Pro rather than the Watch S2 Pro, as earlier rumours suggested. More recently, @MysteryLupin revealed numerous specifications while also sharing more promotional images.
This time, the same Twitter account has provided evidence of the Watch 2 Pro's launch prices in some European markets. As the screenshot below shows, @MysteryLupin has discovered the Watch 2 Pro on a European retailer for €269.99, or €329.99 in its LTE guise. For now, it is unclear in which country this pricing will apply, with @MysteryLupin electing against sharing a source for their findings.
Allegedly, the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro could actually start at €249.99 in some Eurozone markets, although @MysteryLupin has not shared a screenshot. While the same account has not revealed LTE pricing in this regard, it should track that this variant retails for €299.99 or €309.99 in markets where the smartwatch starts at €249.99. Unfortunately, it remains unclear when Xiaomi will launch the Watch 2 Pro, although its appearance on third-party retailer websites suggests that an official release is close.
