Various details about the POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro have surfaced online in the last few weeks. Most recently, Xiaomi itself published the first public update for the POCO F6 Pro, even though it has not started selling the device anywhere yet. Nonetheless, the ROM posting all but confirmed that the POCO F6 Pro will serve as a global version of the Redmi K70.
Previously, the POCO F6 series was expected to debut in June. However, Xiaomi has now revealed that the POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro will arrive later this month instead. Typically, the company schedules one launch event for India and another for other countries. This time though, the company has clarified that the POCO F6 will launch globally simultaneously, including in India.
It is worth stressing that Xiaomi has not mentioned the POCO F6 Pro in relation to its Indian launch event. Thus, the company may only be planning to deliver the POCO F6 in India initially. Incidentally, Xiaomi has only outlined what the POCO F6 looks like so far too, evidence of which we have embedded below. Xiaomi will present the POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro globally on May 23 at 11:00 UTC.
