MagicX has detailed another forthcoming gaming handheld, shortly after releasing the Zero 40 globally (curr. $94.99 on Amazon). Incidentally, it has just announced the Retro DS while sharing release details for the Touch One 35 and Retro 45, too.
While those three devices serve distinct niches, the Two58 shown below looks like a slightly larger Zero 40. A redesign of the Two45 that MagicX had previously revealed, the Two58 is said to centre around a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 chipset also found in the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus and the Motorola Razr 60 sold in China. In other words, the MagicX Two58 should be significantly more powerful than the Allwinner A133P-powered Zero 40.
Moreover, MagicX has confirmed that the Two58 has an active cooling solution and a 7,000 mAh battery that should generate between 7-8 hours of battery life. On top of that, the device has a tall 800 x 600-pixel display that can effectively recreate 4.4-inch and 3.5-inch twin displays stacked with 5:3 and 4:3 aspect ratios. Alternatively, MagicX has shown the Two58 emulating Nintendo DS games with two 3.7-inch displays running simultaneously. Currently, MagicX hopes to release the Two58 next year.
