A new certification suggests that Xiaomi will be continuing its strategy of offering both 5G and 4G versions of the Redmi Note series, having done so this year across several Redmi Note 14 smartphones. To recap, several Redmi Note 15 series smartphones have appeared online in separate leaks, including one with satellite connectivity.
Currently, Xiaomi is expected to deliver its first Redmi Note 15 series smartphones later this month in China. Typically, the company then waits a few months before offering these devices globally. However, it may launch them globally with accompanying 4G variants, as did this year with the Redmi Note 14 4G and Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G (curr. $265 on Amazon).
Based on a recent Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) listing, Xiaomi is already preparing two new 4G smartphones for global release to sit within the Redmi Note 15 series too. As the screenshot below shows, the company has submitted 2510DRA23G and 25100RA69G for approval as well as a reginal version of the former dubbed 2510DRA23E. According to recent reports, 25100RA69G is the model number for the Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G.
By the process of elimination, this would leave 2510DRA23G as the entry-level Redmi Note 15 4G. While the pair's model numbers indicate an October 2025 release, the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G did not launch until January 2025, despite its model number suggesting that November 2024 was intended as its official introduction. Nonetheless, we would not rule out a late 2025 release for the entire Redmi Note 15 series at this stage, particularly given Xiaomi's commitment to returning to two Redmi Note releases per year at the end of last year.
