Two of Xiaomi's Redmi Note 15 smartphones have appeared online again in separate leaks. To recap, four models have emerged so far that are expected to fall under the upcoming series. To recap, what was previously known as the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus Special Edition arrived a few days ago on the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in China.
Sporting BeiDou satellite connectivity support, the device is now being referred to as the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus Satcom Edition instead. Regardless of name, the same model number 25104RADAC has now surfaced on the 3C with 90 W wired charging at its disposal. For reference, this would represent a 30 W downgrade on the charging capabilities of the existing Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus (curr. $377 on Amazon).
Therefore, we would recommend reserving some scepticism that 90 W charging will also grace the regular Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus when it eventually launches. Meanwhile, what is thought to be the Redmi Note 15 Pro has now been certified by the MIIT in China too. Referred to by its model number 2510ERA8BC, the device is expected to debut alongside the Redmi Note 15 5G, Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus and Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus Satcom Edition this August in China. Details of international and global launches have not emerged yet, though.
