Motorola introduced the Moto G86 Power globally in May 2025. Now, the brand has officially launched its latest midrange smartphone in India with a starting price of INR 17,999 ($206) for a single 8 GB + 128 GB variant. As far as color options are concerned, Motorola offers three Pantone-validated colorways: Pantone Spellbound, Pantone Golden Cypress, and Pantone Cosmic Sky. It will be available for purchase via Motorola India’s official website and other authorized retailers from August 6.
Now, let’s talk about specifications. The Moto G86 Power is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset paired with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 1 TB via microSD card. Software-wise, it runs Android 15-based Motorola’s My UX interface out of the box.
The 5G-enabled device has a 6.67-inch pOLED display that outputs at 2712 x 1220 resolution with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Plus, there’s Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection on top, which offers protection against accidental falls and scratches. Beside the chipset, the G86 Power has a dual rear camera setup on the back, with a 50 MP primary camera complemented by an 8 MP ultrawide lens.
Inside, there’s a 6,720 mAh battery with 33 W wired charging support. Dimensionally, the device measures 8.6 mm (0.33 inches) in thickness and 198 grams (0.43 lbs). The rest of the highlights include a 32 MP front camera, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, an IP68/IP69 ingress protection rating, a MIL-STD 810H certified build, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
