Deal | Limited time free game now live on Epic Games Store for horror fans
Epic Games has already revealed its latest free games of the week on Windows and macOS. At the same time, the storefront is offering different titles for mobile gamers on Android and iOS. On top of that, another developer has decided to add to this week's giveaways with a freebie of its own.
This time Mesopotamia Games Studio has discounted Umm Oyoun. Released last year, Umm Oyoun is a relatively unknown indie title that sells $2.49 on Epic Games and $4.99 on Steam. Billed as providing an episodic narrative experience, Umm Oyoun is a classic first-person horror with a focus on building tension through dimly lit rooms rather than merely relying upon jump scares.
It is worth noting that only one episode has been published so far. Also, Mesopotamia Games Studio has not shared a timeline for future updates. The developer also recommends at least a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti to run Umm Oyoun as well, plus 8 GB of RAM and an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or Intel Core i5-8400 processor.
