Samsung's new Qi2 magnetic power bank for the Galaxy S26 series is now available

Samsung has started selling its new Magnet Wireless Battery Pack globally. To recap, the Galaxy S26 series, including the Galaxy S26 Ultra, launched without built-in magnets. However, the latest flagships still support Qi2 wireless charging and can attach to Qi2 accessories when paired with magnetic cases, which include most of the official cases.
That said, the Magnet Wireless Battery Pack is designed to snap onto the back of compatible smartphones. So far, it appears to be the only Qi2 power bank that properly fits the Galaxy S26 and S25 phones, including the large Galaxy S26 Ultra. The large vertical camera bump on these phones means many third-party Qi2 power banks cannot sit flush enough to enable wireless charging.
In terms of power, it packs a 5,000 mAh capacity, which should be enough to deliver at least one full charge for most smartphones. Wireless charging tops out at 15W though, even though the Galaxy S26 Ultra can reach up to 25W with Qi2. For faster charging, Samsung added a USB-C port that supports up to 25W and there's also a foldable kickstand for hands-free use. The power bank itself measures 7.6 x 102.5 x 14.2 mm and checks in at 40g.
Buyers can purchase the Samsung Magnet Wireless Battery Pack directly from Samsung for $64.99. It is also listed at Amazon and Best Buy, though it's currently out of stock. In the UK, it's available from Samsung UK and Amazon UK at a discounted price of £37.80, down from £54. The power bank comes included with a 0.2m USB-C cable.
