Conversely, the Xiaomi TV Q2 series offers 4K UHD (3,840 x 2,160) resolutions, 92% DCI-P3 colour space coverages, MEMC support and Dolby Vision IQ integration. Unfortunately, all three Smart TVs peak at 60 Hz, rather than 120 Hz or higher. Predictably, Xiaomi has not confirmed which HDMI version the TV Q2 series features, although HDMI 2.0 is likely. Separately, all models feature twin 15 W speakers for 30 W of output, as well as Dolby Atmos and DTS-X support.
Moreover, the Xiaomi TV Q2 series relies on Google TV, which it powers with 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage and an undisclosed SoC that combines four ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores with a Mali-G52 MC1 GPU. The Xiaomi TV Q2 series starts at €699.99 in the Eurozone for the 50-inch model and rises to €799.99 for the 55-inch edition. Meanwhile, the 65-inch model costs €899.99, or €849.99 if you purchase it from Mi.com before October 10. Similarly, Xiaomi has reduced the 50-inch and 55-inch models to €549.99 and €699.99 during the same period. All models also feature the following ports
- 1x 3.5 mm headphone jack
- 1x Optical digital audio out
- 1x Composite-in (AV)
- 1x Ethernet (LAN)
- 2x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 3x HDMI (eARC support)
