Amazon has launched the new Fire TV Omni QLED Series 4K UHD device in two sizes: 65-in (~165 cm) and 75-in (~191 cm). The smart gadgets support a range of technologies such as Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, HDR and HLG. Compared to the Fire TV 4-Series and Fire TV Omni Series models, there are several new features, such as Adaptive Brightness, a tool that can automatically adjust the screen's brightness based on the lighting it senses in the room.

You can also use this feature to make the picture more dynamic, displaying the content as the filmmaker intended. Another update is full array local dimming in up to 96 zones to enhance the contrast ratio. Plus, when you are not watching TV, you can display photos, artwork or Alexa widgets on the screen, such as the weather forecast and your reminders. You can use various apps with the TV, including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV.

The device comes with a remote; alternatively, you can control the TV with Amazon Alexa voice commands; you can turn on the TV, search for content and skip through videos this way. You can disable the built-in microphone via a button on the gadget. The Fire TV has two integrated 12 W speakers, and you can wirelessly pair speakers to the device via Bluetooth 5.0 or connect an external soundbar via AV and eARC ports. You can buy the 65-in and 75-in Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED Series 4K gadgets for US$799.99 and US$1,099.99.
