Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus a few days ago, joined by the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro and the Redmi Watch 2. The Redmi Note 11 series has been selling well in China too, with Xiaomi reporting over 500,000 sales within the first hour of the trio being available to purchase.
Now Xiaomi has shared a teardown video on Chinese social network Weibo, which we have embedded below. The video does not go into detail on disassembling the device, but many components appear to be replaceable. Incidentally, Xiaomi has relied more on screws than glue for constructing the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus, which is always good to see.
Meanwhile, a teardown video published by Weki Home embedded below shows the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus in detail. As they show below, a suction cup is required to open the back of the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus, but this is common for many modern smartphones. Also, Xiaomi allows you to replace the device's rear-facing cameras individually, rather than replacing them as a block.
The Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus is expected to arrive globally too, and as the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge in India. The rest of the Redmi Note 11 series will eventually be available outside China as well, but not necessarily under the Redmi Note brand.
