Powerful new mini-PC launches with 128 GB RAM, dual 10 GbE and Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495

iBuyPower has joined the raft of mini-PC manufacturers to adopt AMD's new Gorgon Halo platform. For context, the Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495 has already appeared inside the EVO-X5 Pro, FAEX2, F9A Pro 495, GTR9 Pro and the YO2 495. Only the EVO-X5 Pro and F9A Pro 495 are available outside China for the time being, though.
According to iBuyPower, its Pro AMD AI Halo Mini PC will join the EVO-X5 Pro and F9A Pro 495 in being released globally. However, iBuyPower's effort will peak at 128 GB of RAM, rather than 192 GB like GMKtec's and AceMagic's alternatives. As a result, the Pro AMD AI Halo Mini PC will match older Strix Halo mini-PCs, like the EV-X2 we reviewed last year (curr. $3,499 on Amazon), in assigning up to 96 GB of RAM as VRAM.
Additionally, iBuyPower includes three M.2 slots, dual 10 Gigabit LAN and six USB ports inside a housing that measures 200 x 198 x 70 mm. For reference, two of these USB ports are USB4-compliant with 40 Gbps transfer speeds. As the pictures below show, the mini-PC also contains HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 (HBR3) ports with 48 Gbps and 32.4 Gbps bandwidths, respectively.
iBuyPower will start selling the Pro AMD AI Halo Mini PC before the end of 2026. The company has only committed to a 'Q4 2026' release window for now. Pricing will start at $3,999; iBuyPower has not clarified whether this price includes 128 GB of RAM, though.
