Peladn launches new affordable mini PC with eGPU support and 2.5GbE port

Peladn introduced the WO5 304 back in August 2026, but back then, the company didn't share anything on when the system would be available to purchase. Now, it's available in China, and this variant is standing as an affordable mini PC with an Intel Wildcat Lake processor.
Specifically, the WO5 304 is powered by the Intel Core 3 304, an entry-level processor from the Wildcat Lake series, and Peladn has paired it with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. While the memory isn't upgradable like some similarly configured mini PCs, 16GB should be sufficient for the workloads the CPU is intended for, which are mostly lightweight tasks, media handling, and office work.
While the CPU has a relatively weak 1-core Xe3 iGPU, this Peladn mini PC has a USB4 port, which brings eGPU support (Aoostar AG03 dock curr. $319 on Amazon). Of course, for those who might want to build an external GPU with this system, it would be important to consider the performance of the entry-level processor, as it may stand as it may stand as a bottleneck.
It's not just the USB4 port that makes the connectivity section of this mini PC seem decent. The Peladn WO5 304 also has the following ports:
- 2x HDMI 2.0
- 1x 2.5GbE
- 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
- 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 1x 3.5mm audio
The USB4 port has 100W PD support, and for wireless connectivity, there's Bluetooth 5.3 and WiFi 6. Other highlights include dual M.2 slots, an active cooler with two heat pipes, and a metallic coating on the chassis. In China, the mini PC with a 512GB SSD costs CNY 2,599, around $387.
There's no word on when the Peladn WO5 304 may launch in the global market, but the company does have a decent international presence. For those looking for something similar with a USB4 port that is already available globally, the recently launched Minisforum M2 Air is a solid option.
