Intel Core 3 304

The Intel Core 3 304 is a small SoC from the Wildcat Lake family. It uses 6 CPU cores in two clusters. A fast performance core from the Cougar Cove series clocks at 1.5 to 4.3 GHZ. In addition, the chip contains four low-power cores (Darkmont architecture) with 1.4 to 3.3 GHz. This makes Wildcat Lake similar to the faster Panther Lake chips.
The Core 3 304 supports up to 64 GB DDR5-6400 and has a small Intel Graphics iGPU with 16 EUs. The integrated NPU offers up to 15 TOPs (int8).
The TDP is 15W - 35W (Base - Turbo), making the SoC suitable for small laptops and small embedded systems. The CPU chip of the SoC is manufactured in the modern 18A process at Intel.
Beware, the specs and benchmarks are still based on rumors like @jaykihn0 on X or Geekbench.
