Apple M2 Ultra

The Apple M2 Ultra is a system on a chip (SoC) from Apple that connects two M2 Max chips, providing 24 CPU cores: 16 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores. The GPU can be configured with 60 or 76 cores.
The M2 Ultra can access up to 192 GB of unified memory with a massive bandwidth of 800 GB/s. This also makes it ideally suited for local AI applications such as large LLMs.
In addition, the M2 Ultra features a 32-core Neural Engine that performs 31.6 trillion operations per second.
The chip is still manufactured by TSMC using a 5 nm process (second generation, according to Apple).
