Minisforum is best known for its mini-PC releases, such as the UM880 Plus that launched earlier this month (curr. $519 on Amazon). However, it has also dipped its toes into other product categories in the last few years, whether that be its TB4-01 docking station or its DEG1 OCuLink eGPU dock to name but a few.
Now, it has turned to wireless game controllers with the release of the MGP01. Currently limited to its webshop, the MGP01 sports an Xbox layout and Cyberpunk-inspired visuals. According to Minisforum, the controller supports Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz and wired connectivity with up to 22 hours of battery life between charges from its 1,000 mAh battery.
Also, the MGP01 boasts Hall effect joysticks and triggers, an 8-way d-pad, gyroscope controls and rear-mounted macro buttons. On top of that, Minisforum has included RGB lighting that illuminates from behind the controller's joysticks, d-pad, ABXY buttons and two cutouts on its sides. Currently, the Minisforum MGP01 is available for $39 at a $10 discount from its $49 MSRP. Please see Minisforum's website for more details.
