Xiaomi confirms October release date for two new wearables
Xiaomi has quite a few products on the way, not least of which the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. Additionally, it has confirmed that the Pad 7 series is on the way as a direct successor to the likes of the Pad 6 (curr. $326.06 on Amazon). However, Xiaomi has a new set of wearables on the cards too.
Please note that all these launches only apply to China, where Xiaomi tends to offer new devices there first before presenting them in other markets several months later. To that end, the Redmi Note 14 series is still without an international release a month after its Chinese debut. With that being said, there is now evidence that Xiaomi's new Redmi Note smartphones will soon receive a global introduction.
Thus, it could be a while yet before Xiaomi unveils its new wearables beyond its home market. Unsurprisingly, Xiaomi has not confirmed too many details about either device yet. Nonetheless, it has offered up promotional images of both, which it will sell as the Watch S4 and Smart Band 9 Pro.
Ultimately, the pair look like slightly more modern versions of their predecessors. Moreover, it seems that Xiaomi plans to introduce a few new hardware improvements on October 29 when it fully presents both wearables, whether that be brighter displays or a new intercom mode.
