Lenovo Watch new sports smartwatch with AMOLED display arrives
The Lenovo Watch has appeared in a listing at JD.com in China. The new model has a 1.43-inch round AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 px resolution, a 326 PPI pixel density and an always-on display mode.
Lenovo described the wearable as a sports smartwatch, allowing you to track your exercise using over 70 activity types. You can also use the device to track health metrics like heart rate and blood oxygen level. On top of this, you can follow breathing exercises and monitor your sleep health and stress levels. Thanks to Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, you can receive calls on the watch. Plus, the model supports contactless payments via services like WeChat Pay and AliPay. According to Lenovo, the watch can run for up to eight days between charges with typical use.
A pre-sale event for the Lenovo Watch is now live at JD.com, where you can purchase the wearable for CNY 399 (~$56). However, the smartwatch is expected to retail for CNY 489 (~$68) in the future. The company has not announced any plans to launch the watch in other markets.
