The Motorola Razr Fold is now official, after Evan Blass leaked numerous promotional images shortly before the start of CES 2026. Unfortunately, Motorola is leaving plenty of details to the imagination. For instance, the company has not confirmed what chipset underpins the device nor its battery capacity.
Nonetheless, that which Motorola has confirmed so far underlines that the Razr Fold is a true Galaxy Z Fold7 and Pixel 10 Pro Fold competitor (the latter curr. $1,499 on Amazon). On the one hand, the Razr Fold features a 6.6-inch cover display to rival the Oppo Find N5. Opening Motorola's first book-style foldable reveals an 8.1-inch internal display too, which appears to be a relatively creaseless affair based on early impressions.
On the other hand, Motorola has installed a trio of 50 MP rear-facing cameras, including a Sony Lytia primary lens backed by OIS. Additionally, the company has confirmed 12 mm and 71 mm equivalent focal lengths for the Razr Fold's ultra-wide-angle and telephoto cameras, respectively, with the latter equating to a 3x optical zoom.
Moreover, the Razr Fold features 32 MP cover and 20 MP internal cameras. Currently, Motorola estimates that it will launch the Razr Fold this summer, which would see it clashing with the arrival of the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Pixel 11 Pro Fold rather than Samsung and Google's current foldables.
