Even though the Google Pixel 10 series is nowhere close to launch, the rumour mill is abuzz with information about its successors. Strictly speaking, we know a fair bit about the 2026-bound Pixel 11 series' SoC thanks to an earlier leak, but now, Android Authority has revealed their codenames.
- Pixel 11: Cubs/4CS4
- Pixel 11 Pro: Grizzly/CGY4
- Pixel 11 Pro XL: Kodiak/PKK4
- Pixel 11 Pro Fold: Yogi/9YI4
If the above information is accurate, we will, once again, get a total of four devices. They all come with a TSMC N3P-made Tensor G6 SoC with a 1+6+1 CPU and 2-core GPU. This should, on paper, iron out all the kinks with the TSMC N3E-based Tensor G5 found on the Pixel 10 series (but not the Pixel 10a).
Given it is so far away from launch, little is known about what Google has in store with the Pixel 11 lineup. It might come with an under-display face unlock tech and a selfie camera to go with it. While the pivot away from Samsung Foundry might give it node parity with Qualcomm/MediaTek, a from-scratch design will take a few iterations to get right.
