Samsung is due to host its next Galaxy Unpacked event on Wednesday. While the company has shared a few teasers, it has left plenty of details up to interpretation for the time being, including how many devices it plans to showcase. Nonetheless, Sudhanshu Ambhore and Roland Quandt have got their hands on numerous marketing materials in what is arguably the biggest leak yet concerning Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z and Galaxy Watch releases.
For instance, Quandt has shared a short table comparing the Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 FE against each other. Embedded below, the table highlights the trio's battery capacities, screen sizes, cameras and storage options. While only 256 GB and 512 GB versions of the Galaxy Z Fold7 are shown, Quandt expects Samsung to match the Galaxy Z Fold6 (curr. $999 - refurbished on Amazon) with a 1 TB variant in certain markets.
Moreover, the leaker reports that the Galaxy Z Fold7 weighs 216 g, which would undercut the Vivo X Fold5 and Honor Magic V5 by 1 g. The Galaxy Z Fold7 will be in the mix as one of the thinnest book-style foldables too with an 8.9 mm thickness when folded that drops to 4.2 mm in its unfolded state. With that being said, a 4,400 mAh battery will see the Galaxy Z Fold7 falling far short of its peers in this regard.
The Galaxy Z Flip7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 FE do not escape Ambhore's and Quandt's intrepid delving either, nor do the Galaxy Watch8 and the Galaxy Watch8 Classic. For some reason, there is no mention of the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025) in any of these leaks. However, the smartwatch is expected to join its Galaxy Watch8 siblings later this week.
