Apple will officially present the iPhone 15 series tomorrow during its Wonderlust event. For reference, Apple is also expected to present the Watch Series 9 and Watch Ultra 2, as well as various USB Type-C updated devices. In the meantime, Spigen has taken the unusual step of teasing a forthcoming case design for what appears to be an iPhone 15 series-compatible case.
While the case looks like the ones that Spigen already sells, the area above the upper volume button separates it from those it sells for recent iPhones. Although Spigen has not acknowledged any changes, it has replaced the recess it usually includes for Apple's mute switch. Thus, it seems that rumours of Apple including an Action Button in some iPhone 15 series devices were accurate.
Supposedly, this new button will be exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Originally, Apple was rumoured to have created a pressure-sensitive 'Taptic Button'. However, technical issues allegedly caused the company to downgrade it to a regular button that will offer greater customisation options than a conventional mute switch.
