Asus has started selling a new gaming monitor internationally. Equipped with a 280 Hz OLED panel, the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS also delivers up to 1,300 nits peak brightness with a 1440p resolution and Asus' BlackShield Film.

Last week, Asus unveiled the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS a second time. Initially unveiled during CES 2026 in January, the ROG Strix XG34WCDMS returned alongside the much smaller ROG Strix XG129C. While Asus did not confirm pricing, the XG129C subsequently went on sale a few days later.

As it turns out, the same is the case for the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS too. Currently, we have found listings on Amazon Germany and Amazon France, as well as LDLC in France and PC Case Gear in Australia. Also, Asus has listed its new 34-inch gaming monitor in the UK, Spain and the Netherlands. However, these listings either do not reveal pricing information or are unlikely to be accurate.

Asus only includes a 15 W USB Type-C port with the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS.

To recap, the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS outputs at 3,440 x 1,440 pixels across a QD-OLED panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio and an 1800R curvature, just like the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMTG before it (curr. $999 on Amazon). The XG34WCDMS jumps to a 280 Hz refresh rate with 1,300 nits peak brightness in HDR mode, though. Additionally, Asus includes its BlackShield Film to reduce reflections and minimise black levels.

Asus has priced the ROG Strix OLED XG34WCDMS at AUD 1,499 (~$2,074) in Australia, with shipments set to begin on June 5. Currently, pricing ranges from €849 to €926 in the Eurozone. Please see Asus' website for more details.
