Microsoft continue to take fridge-related jokes about the Xbox Series X in its stride. In March 2020, the company published an image comparing the Series X's size to a conventional fridge, before raffling off an Xbox Series X Fridge in October. Microsoft garnered even more attention when it sent said fridge celebrities like iJustine and Snoop Dogg, even if it was not planning to sell any to the public.
However, the company has now confirmed that it will be bringing the Xbox Mini Fridge to market, a product that Aaron Greenberg teased in April. Apparently, Microsoft plans to release the Xbox Mini Fridge in time for Christmas 2021 with Xbox Velocity Cooling Architecture.
The company has not revealed the fridge's cost nor its dimensions. Nevertheless, the teaser video suggests that the Xbox Mini Fridge is approximately as large as the console on which it is based. The Xbox Mini Fridge contains all the Series X's cut-outs too, along with its large vent at the top. Incidentally, the video hints that the fridge will hold up to 10 cans, presumably 12 oz (~330 ml) ones. Ultimately, nothing beats the KFConsole, in our opinion.
