Samsung will be delivering the Android 11 upgrade to devices in Europe until September 2020, according to an official upgrade plan. The rollout of One UI 3.0 is already underway for the Galaxy S20 series, but the recently announced Galaxy S20 FE must wait until February 2021. Many of Samsung's recent flagships will receive One UI 3.0 and Android 11 from next month, though.

GalaxyClub has shared the official update schedule for One UI 3.0 in Europe, which has been spotted in the Samsung Members app. Samsung has already started rolling out the OS update to the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra, although these will be the only devices in Europe to see One UI 3.0 and Android 11 before the start of 2021.

Max Weinbach believes that Samsung will begin to upgrade the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S20 FE from December 14 and December 27 respectively, though. If that is correct, then it could also be the case that other North American handsets will receive the OS upgrade sooner than their European counterparts.

Nonetheless, January will be the big kick-off for One UI 3.0 in Europe, as Samsung looks to upgrade the Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Z series. One UI 3.0 will not be arriving on the original Galaxy Fold and Galaxy S20 FE until February, though.

Samsung will then spend the spring, summer and early autumn upgrading the rest of its portfolio to One UI 3.0, ending with the Galaxy A10 and Galaxy Tab A8 (2019) in September. The list devices that should receive One UI 3.0 are as follows, according to GalaxyClub:
