Epic Games Store announces new free game giveaway ahead of time
The Epic Games Store has just started giving away another game as part of its free game service. For reference, the storefront has moved away from providing a triple-A title this time around. Please note that Epic Games' latest deal will run until 15:59 UTC on November 14, after which it will switch to the game shown below.
Like this week, Epic Games will only be giving away a single game. Moreover, the Castlevania Anniversary Collection retails for just as much as Deceive Inc. at $19.99. Incidentally, one cannot currently purchase the former from the Epic Games Store at the time of writing. Nonetheless, it remains available on Steam, where it has received 'very positive' reviews from over 1,300 reviewers.
Meanwhile, the collection scores highly on Metacritic, including its Nintendo Switch release (curr. $49.97 on Amazon). Please note that you will need a machine running at least a 64-bit version of Windows 10 with 4 GB of RAM to run the Castlevania Anniversary Collection. On top of that, Konami recommends pairing the collection with a GPU that has 2 GB of VRAM or more. As the video below shows, the Castlevania Anniversary Collection features the following content:
