Samsung has started issuing Android 12 and One UI 4 to the Galaxy Z Flip3. The foldable handset will receive the OS upgrade as F711BXXU2BUKM with the December 2021 security patch.

Samsung has started rolling out Android 12 and One UI 4 to the Galaxy Z Flip3, having beta tested its new OS within the last few weeks. According to SamMobile, Samsung is distributing One UI 4 to the Galaxy Z Flip3 as 'F711BXXU2BUKM', which also contains the December 2021 security patch.

Currently, F711BXXU2BUKM has reached handsets in Serbia, but it should only take Samsung a few days to issue the OS update elsewhere. Based on various roadmaps, the Galaxy Z Flip3 should receive One UI 4 before the end of the year, with former flagships like the Galaxy Note 10 left waiting until early 2022.

Until now, Samsung has only released One UI 4 to the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra. You can check if your Galaxy Z Flip3 is eligible to download One UI 4 by heading to the main settings menu. From there, scroll to Software Update and select check for update, or download and install if the update is ready.
