Samsung Galaxy A72, A52, A52 5G, A52s 5G reportedly set for imminent Android 12 release

While Android 12 may have been released months ago, most OEMs are yet to send out the update to their phones. Samsung is rolling out the update to its current flagship phones and is apparently set to extend the rollout to its current-gen mid-range offerings.

Going by a new report, Samsung is working on the Android 12 update for the Galaxy A72, Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52 5G, and Galaxy A52s 5G. Those four devices stand as Samsung's most popular mid-range offerings at the moment, so it's no surprise that the company is already looking towards providing owners of those phones with the latest version of Android.

Going by information on the Samsung Members app, the Galaxy A52 series phones are scheduled to get the Android 12 update in February 2022. Owners of the aforementioned devices won't have to wait much longer for their first taste of Android 12. We'll keep you updated on this.
