Motorola may have unveiled the Moto G52, Moto G 5G (2022) and the Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) recently, but it is also preparing to introduce the Moto G62 and Moto G82, both 5G smartphones. While the Moto G62 5G remains a mystery in some respects, TENAA has provided pictures and specifications of the Moto G82 5G.
Based on TENAA's images, the Moto G82 5G will resemble other current-generation Moto G series smartphones. Specifically, the handset has three rear-facing cameras arranged in an oval camera housing, a flat display with a centred hole punch and a thin chassis that has curved edges. Additionally, TENAA has confirmed that the Moto G82 5G has a 50 MP primary camera, matching its Moto G siblings, plus 8 MP ultra-wide, 2 MP macro and 16 MP front-facing cameras.
Elsewhere, the Moto G82 5G relies on the Snapdragon 695 5G that Motorola has complemented with 8 GB, 10 GB, 12 GB and 16 GB of RAM. Also, Motorola will sell the device with 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB of storage, although it remains to be seen how many memory configurations will be available and in which markets. Furthermore, TENAA reports that the Moto G82 5G has a 4,700 mAh battery, presumably with fast charging capabilities, along with a 6.55-inch OLED display that outputs at 1080p.
Unfortunately, it remains unclear when Motorola will announce the Moto G82 5G. If the various certification leaks are anything to go by, Motorola plans to sell the Moto G82 5G in multiple markets, as it does with the Moto G52.
