Lenovo releases new 15-inch laptop in more countries with 120 Hz display and 19 hours battery life

Lenovo has quietly expanded the availability of a new 15-inch laptop to more countries. Specifically, it is now selling the IdeaPad Slim 3i 15 (15IWC11) in North America, featuring Intel's Wildcat Lake platform.
To recap, the IdeaPad Slim 3i 15IWC11 was first spotted in May alongside 14-inch, 16-inch and 17-inch counterparts. For some reason, it took until early September for the 15-inch laptop to be released anywhere.
As we discussed at the time, the IdeaPad Slim 3i 15IWC11 reached Oceania, Europe and Asia with up to a Core 7 350 processor, 32 GB of RAM and an optional 165 Hz OLED display. For reference, the IdeaPad Slim 3i 15IWC11 serves as an alternative to the Panther Lake-powered IdeaPad Slim 3i 15IPH11 (curr. $904 on Amazon).
By contrast, the IdeaPad Slim 3i 15IWC11 has landed in North America with the weaker Core 5 315. According to PSREF, Core 5 320 and Core 7 350 variants will be coming to North America, though. In the meantime, Lenovo also equips its new 15-inch laptop with 8 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM, a 512 GB SSD and a 1200p IPS display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 400 nits peak brightness.
Moreover, Lenovo includes a 60 Wh battery that supports 65 W charging. Set within a 1.63 kg housing, this 60 Wh battery is said to last 19 hours in 1080p local video playback tests at 150 nits. At the time of publication, the IdeaPad Slim 3i 15IWC11 costs $1,049 in the US and CAD 1,449 in Canada. Please see Lenovo's website and our recent review for more details.
