Galaxy S25 series leaks are piling up thick and fast. For now, Samsung is not expected to reveal anything about its successors to last year's Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus or Galaxy S24 Ultra (curr. $995 on Amazon). Instead, the company appears set to introduce new flagships on January 22 at its next Galaxy Unpacked event in San Jose.
In the meantime, an Italian retailer was recently spotted listing all three forthcoming smartphones. Now, Android Headlines has obtained not only what it describes as detailed specifications for the trio, but also 75 official images showing the devices from various angles. Not to be deterred, Evan Blass has published unwatermarked versions, which we have embedded throughout.
For brevity's sake, we have compiled all the specifications mentioned in a table, which are as follows:

In short, there are only a few upgrades to speak of between the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S25 series. For instance, all three of Samsung's next flagships are slated to be thinner and lighter than their predecessors. Also, the smallest model will finally be brought onto 12 GB of RAM; Samsung sells the Galaxy S24 with 8 GB of RAM.
The entire Galaxy S25 series should land with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset too. However, it remains to be seen whether this will apply worldwide. This year's Ultra will also gain a new 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera in the only hardware change across the series. As a result, we suspect that Samsung will continue to lean heavily on its AI software portfolio, just as it has for the Galaxy S24 series.
