In one week, specifically on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, Samsung will unveil its Galaxy S25 series in San Jose, right in front of Apple's eyes, and many leakers have already begun distributing relevant material and information in advance. Just yesterday, a French leaker commented on the Euro prices, storage options and accessories for the S25 series, while many official render images have already been published online.
Those who have been following the leaks of recent weeks and months will not be particularly surprised by the two promo images that have just been posted online by US leaker Evan Blass. Both the colors (especially the blue color) as well as the slightly different body shape of the Galaxy S25 Ultra with its rounded corners have already been leaked several times in the past, but now you can see how Samsung wants to market the successors to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Based on the latest information, very few hardware changes are expected compared to the predecessors. Hence, Samsung will presumably focus on new camera and AI features, such as an advanced "AI companion" recently announced in a teaser video. However, rumors of an S Pen downgrade, possibly as a cost-saving measure in order to reduce weight and power consumption, have not yet been officially confirmed. The Galaxy S25 Slim is likely to be the only real slim smartphone of the series, although it is unlikely to be presented at the Galaxy Unpacked event.
