Vivo X200s Ultra tipped to debut later in 2025
The Vivo X200s is thought to launch as a direct successor of the X100s with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ in place of the 9300+. It is also tipped to have a higher-end sibling - although it is now said to be a second version of the X200 Ultra (that has yet to launch) rather than one for the pre-existing Pro.
That would represent a significant shift in Vivo's usual Zeiss camera smartphone flagship refresh cycle, as there was an X100s Pro in 2024, but no X100s Ultra.
It also makes the "X200s Ultra" harder to predict in terms of specs at this point, as it might need a Plus version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite: an SoC that has yet to manifest even in the form of a rumor thus far.
The new X200 Pro Mini is also thought to miss out on an S variant, and will accordingly have to face potentially upcoming rivals from Oppo and OnePlus with nothing more than a colorway update when the time comes, according to the latest leaks.
Then again, it might have the edge in terms of price at that stage, as it already goes for as little as €717 (~$736) on TradingShenzhen in Europe.
