A Vivo smartphone with the model number V2427, which is expected to be called the Vivo V50, has been certified in various countries, including India, Thailand, and more. Now, the phone has also received certification from Taiwan’s NCC regulatory body. The listing reveals multiple images of the device along with its key specifications.
The NCC listing (via 91Mobiles) reveals the device in three color options: white, blue, and gray. The phone's design looks similar to the Vivo S20, which launched earlier in China. Vivo usually rebrands its S series smartphones as the V series for the international market. Hence, there is a high probability that the Vivo V50 will share a lot of similarities with the Vivo S20.
The certification further reveals that it will be launched in two memory configurations: 12/256GB and 12/512GB. It will feature a 6,000mAh battery and 90W fast charging support. The phone is said to run on Funtouch OS 15 based on the Android 15 operating system.
The listed connectivity features for the phone include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS. Since the Vivo V50 has obtained certifications in multiple countries, the launch seems imminent.
