Evan Blass and 91mobiles have teamed up again to deliver details about 'Geneva', the codename for an unreleased Motorola smartphone. Thought to have been assigned the model number XT2315, Blass claims that Motorola intends to release Geneva at some point next year under its Moto G Stylus series. As such, Motorola Geneva is likely to contain mostly mid-range hardware.
Arguably, the presence of a comparatively thick display chin underlines the device's mid-range credentials. Similarly, Motorola Geneva has a flat display with a centred punch hole for a sole front-facing camera, plus two rear-facing cameras. Unfortunately, it is unclear what cameras Motorola has included. As far as we can tell, the stylus is small enough to fit inside the device, mirroring the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
According to Blass, Motorola will offer Geneva in two variants, distinguished by the inclusion of 5G and LTE modems. Based on other equivalent releases, the two variants will rely on different chipsets, although the top model should arrive with 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Currently, Motorola is believed to have created the unnamed device in Black Beauty and Crystal Grey colourways and will launch first in North America.
