Xiaomi 11T Pro: Indian launch date revealed for smartphone billed as 'The Hyperphone'
Xiaomi has decided to bring the 11T Pro to India, four months after its global launch. Incidentally, the first sighting of an Indian version of the Xiaomi 11T Pro appeared a few months ago, courtesy of the Google Play Console. The leak did not disclose when the device would arrive, though.
Xiaomi has now clarified that it will release the 11T Pro in India on January 19, less than two weeks after the debut of the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge. For reference, the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge and the Xiaomi 11T Pro share a few features, including a Samsung ISOCELL HM2 primary camera and 120 W wired charging. However, the Xiaomi 11T Pro has a 500 mAh larger battery than the Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge and a superior telephoto macro camera.
Additionally, the Xiaomi 11T Pro utilises a Snapdragon 888 SoC, rather than the Dimensity 920 in the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus. Moreover, the Xiaomi 11T Pro will arrive in India with a new colour option, Celestial Magic. Unfortunately, Xiaomi has not confirmed how much the Xiaomi 11T Pro will cost in India. The company will sell the device directly and through Amazon, among other retailers.
