Today is the day. You can now order the XPS 15 7590, the much-anticipated upgrade to the XPS 15 9570. The 15.6-inch laptop includes up to an Intel Core i9-9980HK processor, 64 GB of RAM, a 2 TB SSD and a 400 nit 4K OLED panel. The device features an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU too. Prices start at £1,349 (~US$1,711) and rise to a dizzying £2,899 (~US$3,677).
Update: US pricing, specifications details and shipping date added.

The XPS 15 7590 is finally available to order after much speculation about its release date. Credit to Brooke Crothers at Forbes for getting the date correct. Dell is currently selling the new XPS on at least its German and UK websites, where it starts at €1,399 (~US$1,592) and £1,349 (~US$1,711) respectively.

Please be aware that US pricing will probably be cheaper than current exchange rates. Moreover, not all regions will receive the same entry-level model. While the cheapest model on the German and UK websites both come with Intel Core i5-9300H and 8 GB RAM, the former comes with a 512 GB SSD and no dedicated GPU, while the latter has a 256 GB drive with a GeForce GTX 1650 GPU.

The XPS 15 7590 will come with a choice between the Core i5-9300H, Core i7-9750H and Core i9-9980HK seemingly regardless of region. The 1080p matte IPS panel makes a return, with the 4K IPS panel having been replaced by an OLED option instead. Dell will restrict the optional 2 TB PCIe SSD and 64 GB of RAM to certain markets though.

As we have mentioned previously, the XPS 15 7590 is an evolution of the XPS 15 9570, with the machines sharing mostly the same design. Dell has moved the webcam to above the display though, which will undoubtedly please many people. The XPS 15 7590 should start shipping in 8-10 business days.

Update

The XPS 15 7590 is now available to order on Dell US. The base model starts at US$1,099.99 and comes with the same specifications as the German base model, namely no dedicated GPU. The cheapest model with a GeForce GTX 1650 costs US$1,549.99, with which Dell includes a Core i7-9750H processor, 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD. Likewise, the cheapest OLED model is US$1,949.99 and sees a bump to 16 GB of RAM along with a 512 GB SSD. Dell is offering a 4K 500 nit IPS panel as a US$50 upgrade with the Core i9-9980HK model too. The XPS 15 7590 should start shipping in the US from July 11.
