Xiaomi Mi CC9e to launch in China with four storage variants and three color choices
In the last part of 2018, Xiaomi took over a Chinese OEM named Meitu. Now, it seems that the Meitu team is a part of Xiaomi known as "Chic & Cool 90" (apparently staffed by a majority born in the 1990s) and these people are behind the new CC series (in this case, CC stands for "Colorful & Creative").
Next week, the CC series will come out and MySmartPrice already got most details regarding the Xiaomi Mi CC9e. This handset alongside a more powerful companion, namely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730-driven Xiaomi Mi CC9.
According to the aforementioned source, the Xiaomi Mi CC9e is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710, has a 5.97-inch AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,340 pixels, a 32 MP selfie shooter (featuring an improved Beauty Mode by Meitu), a 48 MP triple main shooter by Sony, and uses a 3,500 mAh battery with 18 W fast charging support.
The memory/storage variants of the Mi CC9e are the following: 4/64, 4/128, 6/64, and 6/128 GB. The three color choices are known as Blue Planet, Night Price, and simply White. The starting price is expected to be around the equivalent of US$230. Sadly, there is no information about a possible international launch of the upcoming CC series, but we will keep an eye on next week's launch and we will let you know all the details.
